毛俊輝劇藝慈善基金會（下稱「本會」、「我們」）致力保護你的個人資料私隱。本聲明說明我們在本網站 https://mcfpacf.org.hk（「本網站」）收集哪些資料、如何使用，以及你查閱及更正資料的權利。本會處理個人資料時遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）。

The Mao Chun Fai Performing Arts Charity Foundation ("the Foundation", "we" or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. This Statement explains what data we collect on this website https://mcfpacf.org.hk (the "Site"), how we use it, and your rights to access and correct it. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

When you submit the "Donation Receipt" form on the Site, we collect:

  7. Donation method (bank transfer / FPS / crossed cheque);
  8. Proof of donation (e.g. bank-in record or screenshot).

In addition, when you browse the Site, our server may record general technical data (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time spent) and use cookies to collect usage information for statistics, operation and improvement of the Site. Such data is not used to identify you.

2. Purposes of Collection

We collect your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. processing and recording your donation;
  2. confirming your donation arrangements;
  3. issuing a donation receipt at your request;
  4. contacting you about your donation or enquiries;
  5. operating, maintaining and improving the Site;
  6. meeting legal, regulatory or accounting requirements.
